Position: Insurance Customer Care Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on insurance policies.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Educate clients on their coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance is preferred but not required.
