Position: Remote Account Associate

Responsibilities:

Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-centric approach.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match clients with suitable products.
Uphold high ethical standards and demonstrate dedication to success.
Collaborate within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

State Farm insurance experience
Remote work experience
Eagerness to learn and share the importance of insurance and financial products.
Property & Casualty License (must have).
Life & Health License (must have).
Preferred track record of meeting sales targets.
Sales experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Compensation:

$50,000-$100,000 per year, depending on sales success

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
